The beach is isolated and amazing, the rooms are big and clean, nice atmosphire, live music in the reception etc. great kids club where you can leave the kids, activities on the beach (SUP, bow and arrow etc), the teams is amazingly nice, i can refer to the ladies at the reception (Berry, PIM and Taung). we had to check out at 1200, but wanted to stay in the beach/pool until 1700 and go to airport, and they arranged us a room to shower in before our departure. a real 5 start service

The hotel is beautiful and right in front of the beach. It is also close to the airport. Our room was very comfortable. The staff was very attentive and helpful.

Pool was very beautiful Resort is well maintained and staff are very attentive and friendly Kids club was great and 24hour room service was an added bonus too. Brekky was also really lovely and the added view of the beach and beanbags on the beach were really nice too even though we didn’t swim in ocean

Le Meridien (former Holiday Inn) is nicely located surrounded by green and lots of greens on the property. Breakfast serving is super good. Staff is super friendly but need more training to be efficient. Housekeeping prepared the most incredible surprise for my birthday. Never seen before.

Our family recently stayed at Le Méridien Phuket Mai Khao Beach Resort, and we were thoroughly impressed with every aspect of our experience. We traveled with our two children, aged 6 and 2, and the resort truly catered to all our needs. First and foremost, the staff was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and ensured we had everything we needed. The breakfast was amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options that catered to both adults and children. It was the perfect way to start our day, with something to satisfy everyone’s taste. Our kids particularly loved the play area and swimming pool. The play area was well-maintained and safe, providing endless entertainment for our children. The swimming pool was clean and inviting, and we spent many hours there enjoying the water and relaxing by the poolside. Overall, our stay at Le Méridien Phuket Mai Khao Beach Resort was outstanding. The facilities were top-notch, the service was impeccable, and it was an ideal destination for a family vacation. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone traveling with young children and looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Perfect for family get-away holiday! They spoilt our birthday boy with so many personalized cakes and for that he was so happy cutting and eating them! We didn't even explore outside as we were happy relaxing in the resort, it had everything! The kids club is amazing! My kid loved it the most, staff were all gentle and cheerful, different activities everyday. The massage in the Spa is excellent! Cocktails in the beach side restaurant is very tasty and cool! Buffet breakfast has a generous spread both local and international dishes, staff were all accommodating to any request. Oh the room we booked with pool access, we loved it! Very clean, spacious and comfortable and you get to swim right away from your room.

-new room and equipment. Good bathroom and toilet -very good mattress and bed linen -nice breakfast. Big variety. Nice 2 chefs -hotel looks new and repaired -good air con -large and empty beach -no noisy places around. Far away from everything -big pool -nice ocean restaurant. menu with russian cuisine -room was upgraded

Le Méridien is a new property very fresh and vibrant. The staff are very well trained and takes care of each and every detail. Beach is clean and worth spending time in. The water play area cannot be missed, if you are coming with kids can opt for room with pool access. If you plan to do less activities around Phuket and more of relaxation this is the best property to consider. For activities they also have an operators desk which can provide you tour to different places. We opted for a full day tour of our own itinerary. Kids play area were a blessing for us as it kept occupied with different activities each day, staff is well trained and very affectionate towards kids.
