- Friendly staff and fast service - Very clean and well-maintained. Staff is constantly working to maintain the premises - It breathes 'luxury' and 'calmness' - Spacious room with separate bathroom (large shower) and toilet. Our spacious balcony faced the pool and Ocean View restaurant and we could enjoy live music from there - The breakfast buffet is AMAZING. So many options that it becomes difficult to choose. Everything was fresh and tasteful. - 'Beach' massages (not sure if it's part of the hotel, but they offered great massages, better priced compared to the hotel spa) - Swimming pools of which 1 offers slides and a children's play area - Direct access to the beach - Large kids club (indoor and outdoor) where the little ones can have fun for hours. The staff is super friendly and are constantly playing with the kids - Well-equipped gym and sport activities (HIIT training, yoga, Thai boxing classes, etc.) - Live entertainment at the Ocean View restaurant (fire show, live music) - We received a breakfast box on our final morning as we had to leave before the breakfast buffet opened We only stayed 2 nights as we wanted to be close to Phuket Airport before heading home, but you can definitely enjoy your stay for longer at this lovely hotel!

The facilities were top-notch, the service was impeccable, and it was an ideal destination for a family vacation. This has to be one of the best resorts I've stayed at, not because of the amenities and feature, which are exceptional , it is because of the exceptional service you get from the moment you arrive. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome part of their "family". It was so good that I canceled another resort my family was booked to go to and we returned for a second stay a week later. If you have children this resort caters to the every want. The size is not so big so you feel a sense of security and know your kids are not ro far away and safe. The food is next level, the breakfast buffet is amazing, the dinner watching the sunset is amazing. Thanks to Kin the F&B Manager that was a super host! We will return to our home away from Home

Perfect for family get-away holiday! They spoilt our birthday boy with so many personalized cakes and for that he was so happy cutting and eating them! We didn't even explore outside as we were happy relaxing in the resort, it had everything! The kids club is amazing! My kid loved it the most, staff were all gentle and cheerful, different activities everyday. The massage in the Spa is excellent! Cocktails in the beach side restaurant is very tasty and cool! Buffet breakfast has a generous spread both local and international dishes, staff were all accommodating to any request. Oh the room we booked with pool access, we loved it! Very clean, spacious and comfortable and you get to swim right away from your room.

What an incredible property and the most beautiful, professional and amazing staff. We had a couple issues when we arrived but they were all quickly resolved and we were looked after extremely well. Our kids loved this place so much and it will always have a special place in our hearts. Our itinerary was to move after 9 days but we missed le Méridien so much that we came back. The kind, warm kids club staff made us feel so happy knowing they were being looked after so well and our kids were always asking to go there. It’s best kids club around ! It is a perfect resort for parents and children. Food was amazing, extremely clean and we will definitely be returning every year !!
